Shipping & Returns

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by you shall be refunded in full within 28 days.

You should inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us via email within 2 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.  If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, you shall return the goods to the us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the goods for review and repair.

As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract for Goods and receive a refund by informing us via email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

Goods must be returned by you at your expense within 7 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges. If you fail to return the Goods following cancellation, the we shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from you.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice number obtained from us on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the your fault you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. 

Goods will only be considered for return if they are unworn, in their original condition when they were delivered, are returned in their original packaging and suitable for resale

Personalised products such as bracelets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Delivery is Free to all of our UK customers

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. There will be a small additional charge based on your location outside of the UK.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
