Warranty

booRah™ Clockies, Digiz, Bezels and Baby Bez Watches

Your booRah™ watch is warranted by Caposka Ltd. for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the booRah™ watch ("defects"). The warranty only comes into force if the watch is purchased from the official site of Caposka Ltd, www.boorah.co.uk ("valid warranty").

During the warranty period you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your booRah™ watch, Caposka Ltd. guarantees its replacement by a booRah™ watch of similar model. The warranty for the replacement watch ends six (6) months after the date of purchase of the original watch.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

- the life of the battery;

- normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as silicone, plastic);

- any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/ abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Caposka Ltd.; 

- indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the booRah™ watch;

- the booRah® watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in its original condition beyond Caposka Ltd’s control. Any further claim against Caposka Ltd. e.g. for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.

booRah™ Blinders

Caposka Ltd warrants their booRah® Blinders sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of purchase for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and Caposka Ltd finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.  In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship additional repair charges may apply.  In this event, you will receive notification of additional charges through email or letter. 

booRah® Bracelets

Due to the individuality of each bracelet, which is made to order, Caposka Ltd does not provide any warranty for this product.

General Conditions

The above manufacturer’s warranty :

- is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the seller, for which he carries sole responsibility. 

- does not affect the purchaser’s rights against the seller nor any other mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have.
